Social Media

Strong social media consists of these things:

1) An aesthetic feed consisting of: brand images, videos, gifs, UGC (user generated content), influencer content, and engaging stories.

2) Fostering community. Utilizing a consistent tone to engage with all comments and tags, hold LIVE events, and create a Facebook community group.

3) Fresh content. Hold monthly or quarterly photo/video shoots for NEW and exciting content.

Strategy

When doing a social media overhaul these are the actionable steps taken:

1) Draft a competitor analysis.

2) Do a social media audit of the current strategy + a competitor analysis of what similar brands are doing on social media.

3) Draft a social media playbook which includes: brand guidelines, content types, posting cadence, feed aesthetic, analytics, growth goals, target audience, and target influencer ambassadors.
